      Description

The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Force Center/Center Race Muffler; 3.50-Inch Inlet/3.50-Inch Outlet delivers aggressive exhaust sound while providing effective noise reduction for racing applications. Designed for use where substantial decibel reduction is needed over open headers, it enhances power characteristics without compromising performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 409 stainless steel with fully welded 16 gauge thickness, this two-chamber muffler features Flowmaster's Delta Flow technology. Finished in high-temperature black paint, it offers a rugged, race-ready look and excellent resistance to heat and corrosion.

      Installation. Installation requires some adaptation as this is a universal fit muffler with slip-fit and weld-on inlet/outlet connections. Professional installation is recommended, and new hangers are necessary since they are not included.

      Application. This muffler fits universal applications but may require custom modification or adaptation for specific vehicles or setups. It is intended primarily for racing and high-performance muscle car use and is not reversible.
