      Description

      Hydraulic Clutch Control Upgrade. The Hays Hydraulic Release Bearing Kit is engineered for use with Tremec T-56 and TR6060 6-speed manual transmissions, making it an ideal solution for hydraulic clutch conversions or factory clutch system upgrades. Designed to improve clutch engagement and reduce pedal effort, this kit is a perfect fit for performance-driven 2005 to 2013 Corvette C6 builds.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features a floating bearing design with durable, large O-rings and PTFE backup rings that prevent fluid leaks under high pressure. It includes a sealed, snap-fit bearing that is easily serviceable and a snap ring to prevent over-travel and separation. Fully adjustable for custom or OEM setups, this system supports both single and dual disc clutch configurations, offering versatile fitment and long-term reliability.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and best suited for experienced technicians or advanced DIYers. It requires transmission removal for setup and adjustment but offers precise control and a smoother clutch feel once installed.
