The Coyote powered S550 GT Mustangs came with an awesome 435 Horsepower and 400 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but after installing a Hellion Twin Turbo Kit, you'll be planting a ground pounding 500 to 1200 Horsepower to the pavement (depending on custom tuning and fuel upgrades).

    55mm or 62mm Turbos. This Hellion Twin Turbo Tuner Kit features your choice of two Precision 55mm or 62mm Turbos. The 55mm "Quick Spool" Turbos are perfect for use with stock engines and provide virtually no turbo lag - ideal for street driven daily drivers. The 62mm turbo option will have more lag than the 55m turbos, but can support well over 1200 rwhp on a properly built engine.

    Complete Kit. The Hellion Mustang Twin Turbo Kit comes with (2) Precision 55mm Turbos, (2) Turbosmart 40mm Wastegates, (2) Turbosmart VEE port bypass valves, 47 LB fuel injectors, a large vertical flow dual inlet intercooler, a handheld programmer with base tune installed and all the required parts and hardware needed to upgrade your mild manner pony to a wild snarling beast.

    No Cutting Required. Designed to install under the stock hood with no cutting required, this Hellion Turbo system retains all the factory accessories including air conditioning for complete driver comfort.

        My question is in the hp results. I have a stock GT, it is a daily driver and I am looking to get big gains. The listing says for the smaller turbo you will see gains to 500hp. Is that 500 rear wheel hp or to the crank? I would like to get in the ballpark of 700-750 rear wheel hp. Would I need to opt for the larger turbo and the tuner kit?

        • If you want 700-750 RWHP, just buy a Whipple supercharger system, contact Whipple for their "Roval" throttle body and larger injectors for an easy 770 RWHP. The Whipple supercharger system is easy to install and performs flawlessly. Plus, you can run long tube headers, high flow cats, and a full 3" exhaust system for even more power and better sound. How do I know? Because I am running this set up on my 2016 GT with the Performance Pack....It is reliable, sounds incredible, and is mind numbingly fast...

        What is the max HP the 55mm Kit can produce? I'm trying to get to at least 900 RWHP and want to order the correct kit that will supply that.

        • The max HP without any fuel injector changes or adding a boost a pump would be around 640HP. If you are looking to get around the 900HP mark, you will need the twin turbo 62mm Hellion with ID1300 fuel injectors and a boost a pump.

        Do I need BBK shorty tube headers or can u run kooks long tube headers? haven't found any answers on this.

        • Hi, This Hellion Twin Turbo - Complete Kit will include new set of turbo manifolds which will be used instead of headers, So you will have no use for shorty or long tube headers.

        Will it fit a 2018 GT?

        • The Hellion Twin Turbo - Complete Kitwas designed for 2015-2017 GT's. This product would not work for your 2018 GT.

        Do I need to increase piston ring gap?

        • Ring gap does not need to be changed for the standard kit, however if you are planning for higher power numbers than the base kit delivers, we would recommend adjusting ring gap.

            Horrible fitment

            This kit fits absolutely horrible, ifk if a jig is off but I’ve installed 4 kits so far... every single one off In the same spots. V-band flanges are always warped, need to be sanded flat. Instructions are terrible, whoever writes the notes should take a look at kenne bell instructions. V band clamps are cheap and you can only get them through hellion. It gets 2 stars because the kit does make power.

            The most unique mustang possible

            Nobody has these. Everyone has superchargers. Their literally all supercharged in my area. This thing gets looks left and right and makes ungodly amounts of horsepower. I’m running low boost at 7psi and this thing pulls like a train.

            The kit its self is a beautiful kit and the fitment of the piping was decent. Some of it took some forcing to get into place but all in all it went. The problem with the kit if you get the EBCS is the lack of hoses needed to install it. I needed to buy extra things like heat wrap and what not that were not suppled in the needed amounts.
