Description
Short Throw Shifter. The Hurst Billet/Plus Short Throw Shifter for T-56 transmissions reduces the shift throw by up to 30%, delivering quicker, more precise gear changes. It is engineered to improve shifting performance and driver control, ideal for both spirited street driving and track use. The design allows for adjustable stick tension and enhances second to third gear shifts, reducing missed shifts.
Construction and Appearance. Made from CNC machined billet aluminum with a black and gold anodized finish, the shifter includes a PTFE-coated and hardened pivot ball for increased durability and a positive shifting feel. The stainless steel billet shift stick accommodates factory shift knobs without altering the stock appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no modifications or drilling to the factory console and fitting directly for a clean, factory-like finish.
Warranty. This shifter is backed by a lifetime limited warranty, offering long-term assurance of durability and performance.
Application. Designed specifically for Chevrolet Corvette C6 and C7 models from 2005 through 2019 equipped with T-56 manual transmissions.
