This oil separator is engineered to prevent engine sludge buildup and minimize engine blow-by, both of which can lower fuel efficiency and reduce power. This is accomplished by a specialized filtration system designed to catch any vaporized oil before this has a chance to be vented back into your engine. What’s more, this assembly features an all-black color scheme adding a high-performance style accent to your engine bay.

      Efficient Dual Filter Style. This passenger side oil separator’s capabilities are courtesy of a novel dual filtration system consisting of a fine stainless steel mesh and an aluminum honeycomb filter. Together, these components effectively trap vaporized oil before allowing it to settle on the bottom of the oil canister. Moreover, this assembly’s canister component features a 3-ounce capacity and requires emptying only after about 500 to 1,000 miles.

      Heavy-Grade Build Quality. The oil separator assembly’s oil catch can is precision-milled from premium billet aluminum making it extremely strong while remaining relatively lightweight. Likewise, this catch can features a knurled base to give you a non-slip gripping surface for when you need to empty it. Finally, this separator assembly receives a black anodized finish for sleek style and added corrosion protection.

      Simple Installation. This J&L 3.0 V2 oil separator utilizes your Mustang’s passenger side PCV location as its mounting point. No modifications to your vehicle are needed. Also, installation is accomplished completely by hand courtesy of factory-style connectors.
