Designed to rev confidently to 8500 RPM, Stage 1 cams are fully compatible with OEM pistons, with camshaft centerlines precisely set to maintain factory valve-to-piston clearance. However, it's essential to verify clearances during installation. A valve spring upgrade is required, and Kelford recommends the KVS255 spring kit to ensure reliable performance under boost. These Ford Coyote turbo camshafts offer a perfect balance of daily drivability and power-packed street performance.
