High Performance Camshafts. These Kelford Cams 268° Intake / 278° Exhaust camshafts are designed specifically for the Ford 2.3L Ecoboost engine, offering race-level performance suited for builds exceeding 700 horsepower. They support high RPM operation and big boost applications with compatible 64-72mm turbos.

Technical Specifications. The cams provide a valve lift of 10.50mm on both intake and exhaust, with duration at 1.00mm lift of 232° intake and 236° exhaust. Valve clearance is cold set at 0.25mm intake and 0.30mm exhaust. Valve timing at 1.00mm lift features intake valve opening 16° after TDC and closing 68° after BDC, exhaust valve opening 50° before BDC and closing 6° after TDC. Suggested cam centerlines are 132° intake and 112° exhaust. Valve lift at TDC is 0.15mm intake and 1.65mm exhaust.

Installation Requirements. Installing these camshafts requires mechanical experience. A valve spring upgrade using the KVS250X-T kit is recommended, and valve to piston clearance must be verified prior to assembly to ensure safe operation.
