This improves your exhaust efficiency, thus giving you more torque and horsepower gains. This upgrade removes the factory-installed catalytic converters that choke up exhaust flow to produce cleaner emissions.

      Deletes Catalytic Converters. By installing the Kooks Mid-Pipes, you’re removing your Challenger's factory installed catalytic converters. The main purpose of these catalytic converters is to produce cleaner emissions for your Challenger, but that will not matter when you have a track-only set-up. What you need is more horsepower, and that’s why you should replace them with off-road mid-pipes.
