  Perfect sound

  This is the perfect mustang sound. Good sound level, angry, smooth, beautiful tone. Coming from MBRP street, this exhaust has no rasp, very even tone across the rev range. 4k is extremely addictive.

  Best sounding exhaust I've heard yet

  This is written after almost 10,000 miles with this exhaust. I was looking for something different than the typical rasp-fest so a resonated midpipe was a necessity. I kept coming back to this Krona set and finally just caved in and ordered it after not being happy with two other exhausts on my car - wow I wish I had done it earlier! Fit and finish is beyond anything I've seen before short of some of the very high end imported brands, the clamps aren't those silly crush fit things with the slots cut in the pipes but actual double-walled clamps. The welds are stunning, the polish on the pipes and mufflers looks amazing. Compared to any other "name brand" exhaust for the same price this is a league above in terms of quality. (I'm looking at you extremes). The sound is out of this world, cold start is a little loud and I think they under rate how loud these pipes are overall but it isn't bothersome at all. You can control the noise with the pedal quite easily so in a neighborhood you won't wake anyone up at night. I can't even adequately describe how good this sounds, you do NOT get that normal super raspy Coyote sound, the only word I can use to describe the tone is Juicy. Drone: I got a little cabin noise in my 3.31 car at around 70mph but I wouldn't describe it as drone, just audible exhaust, there is no resonance or discomfort. However, one thing I noticed is that it did start to drone heavily as temperatures dropped into the winter months, at 30F its pretty bad. I'm not a metallurgist so I can't tell you why, but this was my observation. After temps warm up to 50F or so its normal again. As far as price goes, it is similar to all other catbacks and the quality is much better. If you're on the fence about this one, give it a try. You can not go wrong with this fantastic exhaust.

  Worth every penny!!

  If you're like me you've spent weeks or even months looking at videos and reviews to find the best exhaust for your 5.0. Well look no further, you have found the best of the best. The exhaust note is so clean on this exhaust! It's not the loudest system available, but the tone is phenomenal and best of all has zero drone at any speed or rpm. Deceleration and downshifting is like a symphony from the heavens and don't even get me started on acceleration! It's a little pricey and worth every bit of it. Great build quality and of course the 4.5 inch tips fill the holes in the valance perfectly! Definitely reccomend if your looking for a moderately loud, but stunning tone.

  King Krona

  There is not a video online that does this system justice. It truly sounds like a late 60’s muscle car. Was debating on this or X-Force and pretty sure I made the right decision. Have had absolutely zero drone at this point but I will take a little drone with this sound.

  Great Exhaust!

  Installed this exhaust few months and have to say the sound is absolutely amazing. The fit and finish is just perfect. Well worth the cost.

  2017 mustang GT

  Purchased this exhaust couple weeks ago. Shipping was on time and not damaged. Exhaust sounds IMO better than the video depicts but that's just how it goes. Only have 100 miles with it but so far love the sound. No rasp, smooth sound with very little pop on decel. Noticeable drone but nothing crazy, for me right around 2k rpm with moderate throttle none with light throttle. Overall quality is great, I like the fact that there is enough room to tuck the tips in, i'm not a fan of exhaust tips sticking out like rockets. Assembly is way easy but takes time to get everything lined up. This is the first kit i've installed that uses these types of clamps. Makes adjustments allot easier. If I had to complain it would be that the kit came with no instructions although not needed for your average guy, sometimes its nice to know where to start and if all the parts are accounted for. One gripe which I know is stupid is no sticker lol. I've had Corsa, flowmaster, JBA and Borla so far not disappointed with this kit.

  Easy

  One of the easiest exhausts I've ever installed. Fit and finish were great, sounds great. Expensive, but worth it.

  Excellent quality and sound for my Mustang GT

  Can't beat this exhaust for the price. High quality and excellent sound with zero drone. This exhaust is just as good as the Corsa for less money. The fit and finish is excellent. I highly recommend this exhaust. AM is awesome! I ordered this on Friday and had it at my door Saturday! And I chose standard shipping! Two thumbs up for AM!

  Exactly what I was looking for

  To start off, when I received the Krona kit one of the tips was scratched and although it wasn't the end of the world, it was right next to the Krona logo. I reached out to AM customer service who provided me with three different options to remedy the situation. All were fair however I reached out to Matt at Krona themselves to see what a single tip costs in case I took one of the options AM gave me (a partial credit if I wanted to keep the tip). Matt suggested I send the tip directly to Krona to have them fix. I did exactly that. Matt even paid for the shipping. Overall both AM and Krona went way above and beyond to remedy a scratched exhaust tip - overall really impressive! On to the kit: I feel like ALL videos I've seen of this kit don't quite do it justice. The tone is something you need to experience in person. As a musician (although anyone should be able) I can tell the Krona produces a couple frequencies that run of the mill mics seem to have a hard time capturing. It's not only unique but ear to ear smile-inducing, juicy and full of body, tangible like you could touch the tone. It's hard to describe, but it's soooo gooood. Volume is decent. I asked my neighbor if he could hear me softly leaving the neighborhood and he said he had no idea I went by his house several times. So it's fairly loud when you want, but very easy to control, all the way down to factory exhaust volume if needed - just keep RPM below 2k. Installation is easy, and compared to catback installs under live-axle Mustangs of the past it's actually a dream. Just a tip: check the clamps for tightness a couple times after regular usage. Overall I was a little bent out of shape about my scratched exhaust tip, but thoroughly won over by Matt at Krona and AM's great customer service. The kit speaks for itself - if you like what you hear in the AM vid, you will love it in person, simple as that.

  Great tone and finish, but it drones

  I previously had the Corsa Extreme Catback on my GT and although I had ZERO drone with it, I wasn't the biggest fan of the high pitched rasp. After doing research and viewing what videos are available for this not popular system I decided it had the deep sound I was looking for with a Corsa like finish. As far as the product itself, the fit and finish are the best that I have ever laid eyes on. Perfect welds all 304, just cherry. The tone is perfect from these building from a guttural rumble to a refined scream at WOT. The tone alone I would also rank above Corsa. However, when driving at 65 mph or 72-83mph (Highway cruising speed) you get a definite constant cabin noise. This is where I am a little upset with American Muscle as I don't think they did their due diligence when testing this system. Advertised as no drone (untrue). I will be selling the system privately and replacing with another Corsa System unfortunately because drone isn't acceptable on a system this expensive.

  The PERFECT exhaust for your S550

  I have had my share of mustangs from fox bodies, to an 03 cobra and now currently my 17 GT. I spent months researching a perfect cat back that wouldn't be obnoxious or be too quiet. Thankfully I found some clips of this cat back on the M6G forums and I knew right away this was the kit. Besides the perfect fit, seemless install and amazing sound; the price is on par with what you receive. Couldn't be any happier!

  True Muscle Sound

  First off i had problems with shipping, but american muscle customer service is amazing! Now about the exhaust. The quality of this product is too notch. The sounds/tone is absolutely amazing. Almost stock at idle or cruising, but accelerating/wot turns your car into a true beast showing off the v8 underneath. No drone or rasp really even at highway speeds. Krona Performance is definitely not a big name when coming to exhaust mods for the mustangs, but the owner Matt and his company did a great job with this product.

  Premium Quality Cat-Back

  I recently switched from another cat-back that I was having issues with to the Krona Performance and the difference is night and day in terms of both quality and sound. Before purchasing the Krona, I was in contact with the owner (Matt Printz) and he is one of the nicest people you will interact with. And since it's a small company, you will receive support directly from him. For me, he went above and beyond especially after hearing about the issues I was having with my previous cat-back. In the end, it was all worth it to end up with this premium cat-back and meeting a great person. The system should be valued at $2K; so, the price here is a bargain. I say this because my previous vehicle was a Mercedes and the cheapest cat-back you could get for it is around $2K. The quality of this system is on par with the best systems for much higher end vehicles. The fit and finish is amazing thanks to the clamp system being used (which also makes installation and removal a breeze). The sound is just the right amount of aggressiveness with no drone whatsoever inside the cabin. This was very important to me because my wife won't ride in a car with drone. Get THIS cat-back if you're trying to decide. Don't make the same mistake as I did!

  Very Nice Exhaust

  This Krona cat back is a very nice setup. Installs easily thanks to its design. Took my self less then an hour on Jack stands in my garage. Takes longer to remove the stock system then to install the Krona Parts. Welds are all top notch as is the construction of everything else. Love the 4 1/2" tips that are completely adjustable to get them to your liking. The exhaust note/tone is perfect, I think. Very nice deep idle, that gains in tone and aggressiveness as you increase throttle. Perfect for something that is not track toy, could very easily daily drive with this setup. It is non offensive at highway speeds in the S550. Waiting patiently to add a set of their headers to it once they come out.

  Wow

  Installed it in about a hour with my brother with zero problems. Everything fit together perfectly. Loved the craftsmanship on this exhaust and the tips look amazing installed, really fills out the exhaust area. I will say it's much louder then the AA review said it was but mostly not in a bad way and there is deff a decent amount of cabin noise from it. I even get a bit of drone around 65mph but it's very controllable just slowing down or speeding up a slight bit stops it pretty quickly, I'm hoping it may just need a few more miles on it to break in possibly. But the exhaust note itself is easily the one of if not the best I've heard, no raspiness, very deep rumble and when you do hit those high rpms it's tone goes up quickly but not in a tin can way. Deff glad I went with this exhaust over a louder rated exhaust because that would just be insane to daily drive. This exhaust will deff wake the neighbors while coming or going unless you coast home. It is remarkably quiet though at low rpms

  Krona Performance: Turning Heads

  I get complimented on this exhaust constantly. It's honestly one of the best sounding kits available and made to the highest level of quality. The owner - Matt Printz - is such a standup guy as well. I've had the pleasure of working with him since the Krona Ecoboost exhaust came out and I'm very happy I stayed on-board once I got my GT. The sound this thing makes is fantastic. No drone whatsoever, WOT screams like a Corsa, but cruising leaves you with this nice grumbly popping tone like you'd hear from a Solo kit. To me, it's the best of both worlds without sacrificing anything. Cannot wait to get a set of Krona 1 7/8 Headers (coming Q4 '16) next...   GREAT SYSTEM!!!

  I have been running the Krona 3in system for bout 2 months now an couldn't be more happier with the setup. The time that was put into developing this system was well worth the wait. The quality of the system is great, the system bolted right up with no problems, comes with all the clamps and hardware you need. Once I install my krona kit I fell in love all over again with my car, the sound is amazing, I am running Cat-less longtube headers and have no drone at all which is what I wanted, the system sounds great while cruising and am still able to talk to passengers and on the phone. As soon as you down shift and go WOT it is like waking up a monster, amazing loud and sounds great. The 4 1/2 inch chrome tips really make the rear end pop. All in all I definitely got what I was looking for when I installed the exhaust and couldn't be more happier with the Krona system.
