Constructed using high strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for exceptional corrosion resistance, this catalytic converter features a durable spun stainless steel body with mandrel-bent tubing for smooth, unrestricted exhaust flow. The unit is assembled with precise 308 stainless steel MIG welds and a single laser fusion weld to reduce leak potential, finished in natural stainless steel for long-lasting durability and a professional appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward due to its direct-fit design verified through advanced 3D scanning technology, requiring no cutting or welding. This allows for a relatively easy, do-it-yourself replacement without any additional fabrication or drilling needed.
Warranty. Backed by a limited warranty for construction and emissions performance, providing confidence in the product's durability and compliance.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 07-11 Corvette C6 models equipped with 6.0L and 6.2L engines, excluding Z06 and ZR1 variants.
