The suspension bind is dramatically reduced so you can use springs that give an increased wheel rate than the OEM rates. You won’t be affected by impact harshness that is a result of utilizing higher than factory spring rates in the OEM location. The innovative Hypercoil linear rate coil-overs have a diameter of 2.25 inches. They provide you with the chance to choose the spring rate. The chosen rate should depend upon your specific vehicle, performance needs, and particular driving habits.
Simple Installation. To complete the straight forward installation process, you will need to have moderate mechanical expertise and basic hand tools. All necessary mounting hardware is included to facilitate the installation process.
Application. The Maximum Motorsports Rear Coil-Over Conversion Kit for Bilstein Struts is designed to fit all 1979-2004 Ford Mustang models, excluding 1999-2004 Cobra models. For Mustangs without a MM Panhard Bar, it is necessary to install an additional MMSM-2 Lower Shock Mount with this rear coil-over kit.
