    My mustang is Ruby Red....will this red caliper cover be unsuitable?

    • It really comes down to if you're looking for a direct match or are ok with a slightly lighter red. These caliper covers are closer to the Race Red color used on the 11-14 Mustangs.

      Look good, but

      These covers look good, but i think the fit could have been better. They did not really fit the contour of the calipers. Also, I have 2 sets of wheels 18" and 19" and I had to put on a 3/16" spacer to clear the wheels.

      These look great, really pop against black wheels. Easy mod, less than an hour to install.

      Perfect fit

      I wanted to get these a long time ago. I waited too long. They look great. Installation was pretty easy, it took about an hour and a half. I also needed 3mm spacers for my rims so I had to wait an extra week to put them on. Overall, they look really cool.

      WOW!

      QUITE the 'pop' of colour. Helps distract from the fact that my new wheels show a lot more of my brakes and rotors than expected. AM says it fits 19" wheels or larger. Manufacturer says 17" factory wheels or larger. I installed with 18" Bullitt Motorsport 18x9s and no clearance issues. Took me and my best friend about 2 hours to install with simple tools: (1) pair of diagonal cutters, (2) pairs needle nose pliers. First time experience for both of us -- I also found a stubborn piece of plastic out of place in my rear driver well and took the time to use a heat gun (hair dryer) on it to make it obey, so remove about 20 minutes from the install for that *grin*. The front pair were easier to install than the back pair - the rears required a little bit of fiddlin' to get the right angle to fit snug enough but wouldn't rub the rotor. (Tip: bend the TOP, not the bottom) Don't turn more than a quarter turn, per manufacturer recommendation, or it warps and wants to graze the rotor.
