Do you have to get new rotors for these? or can you still use the stock rotors without any complications?

        • The MGP Caliper Covers do not require new rotors as these are intended to be installed on the full factory equipped brake system.

Will these fit a 2012 v6 premium mustang?

I have the stock wheels on my car I think it's Either size 17 or 18. Do I need a spacer with it ?

        • The MGP Red Caliper Covers will require a 19” Wheel and Larger in order to properly fit. This caliper cover will not work on a 17" or 18" wheel even with a wheel spacer in use.

My mustang is Ruby Red....will this red caliper cover be unsuitable?

        • It really comes down to if you're looking for a direct match or are ok with a slightly lighter red. These caliper covers are closer to the Race Red color used on the 11-14 Mustangs.

My mustang is race red. Is this red close to that? Code: PQ

        • Yes, the color of these caliper covers will be similar to the Race Red paint color.

Adds a lot of POP to your car!

These covers really make a difference in the look of your wheels. The color pop is amazing and exactly what I wanted. The install was very easy. Most time is spent removing the wheels and putting them back on. The front ones fit a lot better than the rear ones do. The rear ones are a little loose, but not enough to warrant concern just not an absolute perfect fit. I do think they're a bit overpriced for what they are and would recommend trying to get them on sale. Overall I'm really happy with the product.

            Looks Great!

These look great without being too over-powering. The perfect accent and added pop, though a little on the pricey side in my opinion. American Muscle says these are made for 19" wheels, but MPG swears they fit any 17" or 18" wheel with the standard brake package without needing a spacer. I have 17" Bullitts and they fit perfectly with no clearance issues whatsoever. I paid $50 at a brake shop, took about an hour.

loved the look till I had to buy spacers which no biggie but then the worse part was it the little metal brackets rubbed on the rotors! like really ? No matter how hard I tried to shape and fit the darn things .so I gave up

Just a nice touch to the plain factory calipers

            Look good, but

These covers look good, but i think the fit could have been better. They did not really fit the contour of the calipers. Also, I have 2 sets of wheels 18" and 19" and I had to put on a 3/16" spacer to clear the wheels.

            Perfect fit

I wanted to get these a long time ago. I waited too long. They look great. Installation was pretty easy, it took about an hour and a half. I also needed 3mm spacers for my rims so I had to wait an extra week to put them on. Overall, they look really cool.

            5 2014 V6 - LMB Installation Time: Afternoon

QUITE the 'pop' of colour. Helps distract from the fact that my new wheels show a lot more of my brakes and rotors than expected. AM says it fits 19" wheels or larger. Manufacturer says 17" factory wheels or larger. I installed with 18" Bullitt Motorsport 18x9s and no clearance issues. Took me and my best friend about 2 hours to install with simple tools: (1) pair of diagonal cutters, (2) pairs needle nose pliers. First time experience for both of us -- I also found a stubborn piece of plastic out of place in my rear driver well and took the time to use a heat gun (hair dryer) on it to make it obey, so remove about 20 minutes from the install for that *grin*. The front pair were easier to install than the back pair - the rears required a little bit of fiddlin' to get the right angle to fit snug enough but wouldn't rub the rotor. (Tip: bend the TOP, not the bottom) Don't turn more than a quarter turn, per manufacturer recommendation, or it warps and wants to graze the rotor.
