Description
ET Street R. Eliminate traction problems at the track with a set of Mickey Thompson 28 x 11.5-15 ET Street R Drag Tires. Featuring bias-ply construction the ET Street R is perfect for manual transmission Mustangs that need a power-absorbing sidewall for high RPM clutch dumps off the line. Mickey Thompson's bias-ply construction along with their sticky M5 race compound and a minimal tread design ensures good traction for predictable elapsed times. Seeing that the ET Street R is a D.O.T. approved drag tire, it is ideal for drag strip use and to get you back and forth to the track in dry fair weather conditions.
Medium M5 Race-Type Compound. The medium race-style M5 compound of this ET Street R Tire by Mickey Thompson is designed for excellent dry traction and straight line performance driving. Keep in mind, this soft and flexible compound will wear much quicker than compounds designed for regular every day street tires.
Minimal Tread Design. The ET Street R is designed with a minimal tread void design that ensures excellent tread contact and superior dry grip. The ET Street R (race) features a tubeless construction that offers a lead-free seal without the hassle of tubes. The tubeless Radial Pro technology will provide the ultimate in dry traction on the street and strip.
DOT Approved. Mickey Thompson ET Street R Tires are DOT approved making them safe for street and strip use. Now you can drive to the track, race your Mustang and drive home all on the same set of wheels and tires. This tire is recommended for dry pavement use only.
