Hey guys, Stephanie with AmericanMuscle.com, here with these Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates, that are available for a wide range of Mustangs, from 1979 all the way up to the S550 Mustang. These caster camber plates are going to be a good option for those Mustang owners out there that have lowered their Mustang with a drop of more than one and a half inches and would like to gain some alignment adjustability from a brand that's highly reputable for its quality and performance. Lowering your car is going to change the geometry of the suspension, which is what's going to create the need for an alignment in order to keep everything in spec and proper. Because the factory plates only have so much adjustment, aftermarket caster camber plates like these ones here, are better at dialing in alignment specs, so they're going to have benefits like more consistent steering and better steering response, especially if you have suspension upgrades already. Tires are obviously going to wear better when the car's properly aligned, and another little plus here of the caster camber plates is the fact that you can actually dial in your suspension for a particular track or demand, depending on what you're planning on doing with your Mustang. Looking at these on the table here, these are a set for the 2015 and up Mustang, so they're going to look a little different than the traditional caster camber plates that you may be used to seeing, but as the chassis and suspension change throughout the different gens, the style of the plates change too, so just make sure that you're shopping in the correct gen for your car. Like I said in the beginning, Maximum Motorsports has created plates for all Fox Body through S550 Mustangs with the same features. All of these plates have Teflon-lined, spherical bearings and they're all powder-coated black, and have a two-plate design, which separates the caster and the camber adjustment. This allows for caster or camber to be adjusted independently. You don't see the two-plate design in all caster camber plate options that are out there, so this is definitely a nice touch. And it's definitely worth mentioning here that these plates are capable of the largest continuous range of alignment settings possible. So because Maximum Motorsports is known for quality and performance, and because these plates have features like the ones that I just mentioned, they're at a premium price point. They tend to be one of the higher priced options on the site, usually costing between $200 and $400, depending on which gen you're shopping for. And just as a side note, these plates might not work with all coilover setups, but those instances are noted on the product pages, so just keep an eye out. Installing these plates is a little time consuming, but I wouldn't consider it a difficult install, even for the handful of guys out there that are going to have to do some drilling for these, and I'm talking to you '94 to '04 guys. You're going to at least want a jack and some stands, and the plates do come with detailed install instructions to help you through if you haven't done this before. No matter which gen you have, you're probably looking at about a few hours to complete the install and I'll call this a two on our scale. And just remember that you should take your car for an alignment after the install. Wrapping things up here, if you've lowered your Mustang or you're looking for some extra alignment adjustability, then Maximum Motorsports has a highly-engineered, high-quality and performance-proven set of caster camber plates for you to check out no matter what year your Mustang is. Feel free to check these out more for yourself and see what others are saying, or see if they're for you. And for all things Mustang, keep it right here at AmericanMuscle.com.

Will these caster/camber plates work with the Ford performance strut/cowl brace?
Yes, these caster camber plates are compatible with the Ford Performance strut tower brace and cowl brace.
Will this work with the S550 SR Performance Coilovers? If yes, will it replace or compliment the camber plate included on the coilovers?
I cannot confirm if the Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates fit on the SR Performance coilovers as we have not tested that combination yet, but they would replace the camber plates included in the coilover kit.
Will it fit if I'm installing these on frond end with spacers 1' ?
The Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates will work when using 1" spacers in the front.
Do you need caster camber plates for the rear wheels?
No, and these would only fit on the front struts.
Will these be compatible with Koni sport adjustable front shocks?
These will be compatible yes.
The Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates will work with the Steeda Progressive Lowering Springs.
Yes, the torque specs for the camber plates is 46 ft/lbs. We have not had any issues when torquing the bolts to those specs. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us by phone, email or chat so we can help you.
These caster camber plates will fit a 2018 Mustang equipped with the Eibach lowering springs.
Yes, these can be adjusted on the vehicle and would not require any holes to be enlarged.
The Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates will provide a stiffer mount for the top portion of the strut to reduce deflection, and will provide a much wider range of adjustment. This will improve handling with the Ford Performance Track Handling Package.
The Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates feature a 1.75 degree positive and negative adjustment range.
Unfortunately the Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates are not designed to fit Coilovers, They work best with a strut/spring combo.
The Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates will not be required with the Ford Performance street handling package, however, they would help with the alignment of the front wheels the best.
These caster camber plates are not required to be used with air suspension but will add benefit overall. Adjusting the overall caster camber will make for a perfect alignment on the vehicle.
