      Description

      Superior Cooling Solution. The Moroso Coolant Expansion Tank is a reliable replacement for deteriorated stock tanks. It manages coolant overflow and pressure to ensure optimal engine temperature stability under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from fabricated aluminum for enhanced durability, it resists warping and cracking common in factory plastic tanks. The billet aluminum neck accommodates the original vented cap. The finish can be polished, chromed, painted, powder coated, or left natural, allowing customization to suit engine bay aesthetics.

      Installation. Designed as a direct bolt-in replacement, installation requires no modifications or drilling, enabling an easy upgrade using existing factory mounting points.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1997-2004 Corvette C5 models, this tank replaces original units prone to failure due to high-heat exposure. It is not compatible with factory coolant level sensors if present.
