Description
Enhanced Performance Intake. The MSD Atomic Airforce LS1/2/6 Intake Manifold with Red Logo is engineered to improve airflow and fuel distribution for both stock and modified GM LS engines. It maximizes engine performance by optimizing plenum volume and minimizing airflow restrictions, delivering better power, especially in the 4500-7500 RPM range.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from a durable performance-grade polymer, this manifold features a molded two-piece design with a black finish. The unique bell-mouthed runners are specifically designed to maximize airflow, while the removable top lid allows easy access to the runners for any desired porting work.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with direct bolt-on compatibility using supplied new gaskets and hardware. Some modification to the stock LS1/LS6 water pump or using an LS2 water pump is necessary due to clearance issues, but no drilling or complex machining is required.
