Description
High-Performance Rear Suspension Upgrade. The Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm with Spherical Rod End; Bright Red is designed to replace the factory's flexible stamped-steel arm and soft rubber bushing. This component improves vehicle handling by reducing wheel hop and increasing traction, making it essential for performance driving and precise suspension tuning.
Construction and Appearance. This control arm is constructed from high-strength, lightweight materials including TIG welded 4130 chrome moly for the threaded ends and CNC machined 4140 chrome moly for the double adjuster. It features a bright red powder-coated finish that provides durability and a professional appearance suitable for show or race vehicles.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on design that reuses the OEM mounting hardware, requiring no drilling or modifications. The adjuster design enables easy on-car alignment adjustments without removal of the arm.
Application. This control arm fits the 2011-2014 Mustang, engineered specifically to complement the three-link rear suspension design while eliminating suspension bind by avoiding polyurethane bushings in the upper link.
