Additionally, this trim accent set will also conceal any scratches on your vents while also offering practical protection against minor impact.
Durable Build Quality. This A/C vent trim starts as sheets of high-grade stainless steel, making the final product both durable and highly resistant to corrosion. These stainless steel sheets are then precision-cut to ensure an accurate fit when installed. The trim accent’s Mustang logos are likewise precision-cut before applying a black carbon-fiber sheet to make the logos stand out. Lastly, this A/C vent trim accent receives a brushed finish for a classy style.
Easy Install Procedure. This A/C vent trim features automotive-grade double-sided adhesive backing, making installation an easy peel-and-stick process. You will need to wipe down the mounting surfaces with a clean rag moistened with alcohol or acetone before applying the included adhesive promoter. This is to ensure maximum adhesion of the vent trim onto the mounting surfaces. Additionally, when installing this trim accent in cold weather, it is suggested that you first warm up the mounting surfaces as the adhesive works better on warm surfaces. This can be done with a hair dryer or heat gun.
