This assembly is equipped with a 1-1/4-Inch ball mount and is designed to accommodate a gross trailer weight of up to 2,000 Pounds. It also comes with an open-ended hitch receiver that makes it a versatile and great-looking accessory.
Versatile Design. You can do a lot with the Mustang Trailer Hitch by Curt. This accessory is highly reliable given its SAE J684 compliant. But most importantly, you can flip the ball mount to allow rise or drop adjustments and level towing. You can also easily fit a 3/4-Inch trailer ball shank and pretty much tweak the assembly depending on your needs.
High-Quality Construction. Curt has a long tradition of using only the best materials in the aftermarket space. Therefore, this steel trailer hitch frame has been precision welded for increased tensile strength and load capacity. In addition, the Mustang Class I Trailer Hitch went through a co-curing process with liquid a-coating to ensure a rust-resistant finished product.
Moderate Installation. Installing a trailer hitch isn’t overly complex, but it may require a stocked toolbox and experience with towing accessories. Fortunately, the complete installation kit will make things easier for novice users.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Curt backs this Mustang Class I Trailer Hitch with a limited lifetime structural warranty. However, the finish and parts are only protected by a 1-year limited warranty.
