      Description

      HIGH FLOW WATER PUMP. The Davies Craig EBP23 Electric Booster Pump Kit; 12-Volt is a high-performance brushless water pump designed to improve coolant circulation in automotive and motorcycle cooling systems. It operates independently from engine speed, providing consistent flow for heater booster systems, LPG engine cooling, and liquid-cooled motorcycles. Its ability to run post-engine shut down helps prevent heat soak and maintain optimal temperatures.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This pump features a rugged composite body made from polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) combined with nylon 66 for durability and heat resistance. Its brushless magnetic drive motor eliminates wear-prone brushes and shaft seals, contributing to a maintenance-free and long-lasting design. The units feature push-on barb connections compatible with standard 19 mm hoses, with included adapters for smaller hose sizes.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward with included mounting brackets, hose clamps, and wiring loom. Typically, no drilling is required, making it suitable for straightforward integration into existing coolant systems with some minor hose adaptations.

      APPLICATION. Designed for universal use with allowance for some adaptation to fitment; this pump serves a variety of vehicles and applications including heater boost, LPG cooling, intercooling, and motorcycle engines up to 500cc.
