Description
Remote-Mount Electric Pump. The Davies Craig EWP150 Black Remote Electric Water Pump; 12-Volt is designed to optimize engine cooling by replacing or supplementing the mechanical water pump. It is ideal for higher performance, turbocharged, supercharged, and heavily worked engines, providing efficient coolant circulation to reduce heat in critical areas, including intercooler applications.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from powder-coated aluminium, this compact and robust electric pump features a matte black finish for durability and aesthetic appeal. It includes internal -AN16 fittings and is engineered for clockwise centrifugal action with a volute chamber to deliver high flow rates reliably.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills; the pump is designed for remote mounting in the engine bay and typically fits on the bottom radiator hose. Some models may require minor hose modifications or soft mounting to minimize vibration. The pump does not have self-priming capabilities.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required.
