This pump is suitable for naturally aspirated or turbocharged applications, including intercoolers.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from lightweight, anti-corrosive, heat-resistant glass-filled Nylon 66, the EWP80 includes a durable ceramic-faced seal for prolonged life. Its compact design ensures easy integration while delivering robust performance with a clockwise centrifugal pump incorporating a volute chamber.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and suitable for DIY enthusiasts, typically requiring minimal modifications. In some setups, drilling small holes in the thermostat plate may be necessary to ensure continuous coolant circulation.
Application. This electric water pump fits universally, with some adaptation required depending on the vehicle configuration, especially when integrating with existing cooling systems or modifying hose assemblies.
