The D-ring is fastened to a heavy-duty black chromoly steel shaft using stainless steel hardware, delivering a combination of lightweight design, strength, and long-lasting durability with a professional appearance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward: no drilling is required for the front mount, though minor trimming of plastic air ducting may be necessary due to the tight fit through the grille. The rear mount requires drilling one 3/4 inch hole and two 5/16 inch holes to secure the tow hook properly.

Application. This tow hook is specifically designed to fit the 2015-2017 Mustang GT with the Performance Pack. It is not compatible with vehicles equipped with aftermarket GT350 bumpers; those vehicles should use the GT350-specific tow hook setup instead.
