Construction and Appearance. This tow hook features a billet aluminum D-ring with a vibrant powder coat finish in various colors including red. The shaft is crafted from stainless steel and paired with clad steel Heim-joint and hardware for superior strength and durability. All components are milled, machined, powder coated, and assembled in Poway, California, ensuring premium workmanship and a high-quality finish.
Installation. Installation requires removal of the front bumper to access the crash bar, where the included bracket mounts securely to a factory location using the supplied hardware. Welding is necessary only if a center mount option is chosen. The D-ring is designed to avoid contact with the grille or bumper, ensuring no rubbing or damage occurs during use.
Application. This tow hook is specifically engineered to fit the 2010 through 2014 Mustang models, meeting structural and fitment requirements for this generation to ensure reliable performance and compatibility.
