Construction and Appearance. Made from a custom forged and powder-coated D-ring with clad steel heim-join, the tow hook includes a black Chromoly steel shaft and stainless steel hardware. The durable powder-coated finish resists corrosion and is available in a striking red or a paintable option to match your vehicle’s style. This design guarantees both strength and longevity while enhancing the vehicle’s appearance.
Installation. Installation requires minimal modifications, specifically small adjustments to the plastic air duct near the radiator, with no changes to the front grille. No drilling is necessary for the front installation. The rear installation involves removing the rear bottom extractor and drilling three holes: one 3/4-inch and two 5/16-inch holes. This straightforward process can be completed using basic hand tools.
Application. This tow hook system is designed to fit the 2018–2023 Mustang GT and Performance Pack models, as well as the 2015–2020 Mustang GT350. Orders for non-performance pack vehicles require notification to include necessary mounting nuts. This system is not compatible with other Mustang models or years outside these specified ranges.
