Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from .141" mild steel with a heavy-duty .282" thick face plate, featuring internal gussets for enhanced rigidity. The tubes are made from DOM 1026 steel with a 3.250" outer diameter and .250" wall thickness. The forged chrome moly housing ends accept 3.150" bearings. The housing is professionally jig welded with internal and external tube welding for maximum support and rigidity.

Installation. Installation requires careful mechanical skill with strong emphasis on precise alignment and welding procedures. Great care must be taken when performing any further welding, and housing end alignment should be re-checked once welding is complete to ensure proper setup.

Application. Specifically suited for the 79-93 Mustang, this housing requires the use of an aftermarket adjustable upper control arm due to the relocated upper mount position. Lower control arm mounts are not included, emphasizing the need for compatible suspension components tailored to this setup.
