Unlike your factory system, this cold air intake is engineered to direct larger volumes of cold air, ensuring more complete fuel combustion. No ECU Re-Tuning Required. This cold air intake does not require you to re-tune your ECU to get its performance benefits. However, it’s always beneficial for your ride that you re-tune your ECU down the line to maximize this intake’s performance potential.
Advanced Polyurethane Foam Dry Air Filter. This cold air intake is equipped with an advanced dry air filter featuring an advanced high-density polyurethane foam filter media. This filter media is designed to efficiently filter out contaminants while providing up to 80% improved air flow rate. Moreover, this air filter is convenient to clean with a suitable air filter cleaner.
Brawny Build Quality. This cold air intake’s air intake tube is crafted from 6061 aluminum for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance while remaining lightweight. Additionally, this intake tube is CNC mandrel-bent to computer-generated design, eliminating any turbulence-generating areas along with its inner structure. Lastly, this component is finished in a flat black powder coating for excellent corrosion protection and sleek looks.
