Description
Performance Turbo System. The On3 Performance Gen 2 Single Turbo System with 88mm Cast Wheel Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbo is engineered to significantly enhance the power output and throttle response of the 1994-1995 Mustang GT and Cobra 5.0 models. This turbo system upgrades the factory naturally aspirated 5.0L engine to a reliable forced induction setup, delivering improved efficiency and increased horsepower while maintaining engine compatibility and safety.
Construction and Appearance. The turbo system offers a wide range of turbocharger options manufactured from durable materials including cast and billet wheels, journal bearing and ceramic ball bearing designs. The intake manifold is designed with clearance for the A/C compressor to ensure proper fitment. The system is built to withstand high-performance conditions and delivers a functional and durable finish.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical experience. Depending on the turbocharger configuration, especially with the 88mm options, custom downpipe fabrication may be necessary. Generally, drilling and extensive modifications are not needed.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 94-95 5.0L Mustang.
