Description
High-Performance Turbo System. The On3 Performance Top Mount Twin Turbo System is a highly configurable turbocharging solution designed to significantly increase horsepower and torque by replacing the factory setup with a twin-turbo configuration. It delivers efficient turbocharging for high-output street and track applications, allowing enthusiasts to maximize performance from their Mustang GT's 5.0L V8 engine. The system optimizes boost delivery and turbo response while maintaining reliability under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This turbo system features quality materials including custom cast 304 stainless steel forward-facing turbo headers and downpipes, CNC billet oil feed adapters, and polished 6061 aluminum cold side tubing. Durable 5-ply silicone couplers and 304 stainless steel T-bolt clamp kits ensure secure and heat-resistant connections. The intercooler options include a robust air-to-air bar and plate design capable of supporting up to 1200 horsepower. The entire system is professionally fabricated for durability and a polished finish.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical experience and proper tools. The process involves removing the factory components and fitting custom parts with included hardware. The kit comes with relocation brackets and hardware engineered for a bolt-on fit to Mustang GT chassis across available model years.
