Description. Mustang V6 owners can increase the spark intensity of the 3.8 and 4.0 liter ignition system by installing our Screamin’ Demon Coil! The Screamin’ Demon Coil is designed to produce a longer duration spark and allow plug gaps to be opened up to an astounding .065″. This will burn the fuel mixture more efficiently for increased performance and better fuel mileage. This will also help spark plugs stay cleaner longer. In addition, the intensity of the Screamin’ Demon’s spark does not drop off as the rpm’s increase, which is common with stock ignition coils. The Screamin’ Demon Coil is epoxy filled, leading to improved heat transfer and vibration resistance. The Screamin’ Demon Coil is easy to install and mounts in the stock location.

To ensure all of the Screamin’ Demon’s firepower reaches the plugs, the kit includes our LiveWires spark plug wires. LiveWires are unsurpassed in quality by offering low resistance and high temperature protection. The 8 mm wire is covered by a heat treated fiberglass sleeve that protects the wire up to 1400° F. The spiral wound core is radio suppression so there is no radio noise or computer interference. Unlike universal plug wire sets, LiveWires do not require any assembly. All sets are custom fit and numbered at each end for the correct cylinder. Colors available are black, blue, purple, red, silver and yellow. In a series of 0-60 mph tests, the Firepower Ignition Kit improved E.T. an average of .33 seconds over the stock ignition system! That’s performance you can feel!
