Slotted Rotors with Boosted Stopping Power. The StopTech Slotted Rotors, Front Pair are made to fit your 2005-2010 V6 Mustang, providing extra braking power over and above what the stock rotors are able to. The slots keep the rotors clean and de-glaze the pads, ensuring there’s lots of friction when they meet for strong bite and a powerful braking response. You can also work those brakes hard, since the ventilated design keeps them cool and heads off brake fade before it can even get started.

Precision Made, Ground, Balanced. Manufactured in the United States, the StopTech Slotted Rotors are high quality parts with a vented design. The vents include cooling vanes that have a curved, directional profile for driver’s and passenger’s sides. The surfaces are double disc ground and mill balanced for excellent grip combined with quiet operation and lack of vibration. The hat is finished with e-coating, as are the edges and vanes, to reduce or eliminate rusting.

Excellent Braking Function. Providing an interesting aesthetic change to your Mustang wheels with their slotted design, StopTech Slotted Rotors create a rotational pump effect for cooling. The curved vanes inside work almost like the vanes of a fan or propeller, sucking air in through the opening in the hat and blowing it out the edges, together with whatever heat it absorbs while pouring along the internal channels. This holds temperatures down below the level at which brake fade would happen. The component also de-glazes the brake pads with its slots, making sure they keep plenty of bite. These same surface features guide water and dust off the rotor so it stays clean, relatively dry, and functions well in all conditions, even intense rain or slushy, watery roads.

Easy-to-Install Design. Installation of the StopTech Slotted Rotors is a bolt-on process that does not need brake bleeding or mods to be completed. It can usually be completed in less than two hours, and fits stock wheels, calipers, and pads as well as aftermarket examples.
