With a set of precision cut slots in their swept surface to clear away brake dust and debris for strong initial bite and ongoing stopping power, the StopTech Slotted Rotors, Front Pair provide plenty of street braking for your 2011-2014 V6 Mustang. The slots also help to reduce stopping distances during heavy rain and in other wet conditions, making your Pony more capable in all seasons and weather types. The rotors are made with vents to eliminate brake fade by ensuring proper cooling occurs even in heavy use.

Built to Reduce Brake Fade and Boost Stopping Power. Built in the USA from cast iron blanks, the StopTech Slotted Rotors use metal that is infused with extra carbon in the manufacturing process for greater tensile strength. The rotors are one-piece, making them less likely to break under stress, and are slotted for superior surface cleaning and pad refreshment. These rotors are also made with internal ventilation channels, featuring curving vanes.

All-Round Braking Improvements. Swiping the pads regularly, the slots in the surface of the StopTech Slotted Rotors ensures that glazing doesn’t occur and the pads retain their high friction coefficient. They also serve as traps and channels, latching onto water and dust, pulling them off the main surface, and causing them to flow to the edge thanks to centrifugal force. This keeps bite and pad traction high. The venting pumps cools air through the rotor interior, defeating brake fade before it can even get started. Finally, the use of extra carbon in the cast iron means that it’s resilient, far less likely to crack under high performance stresses than a lower-carbon iron alloy.

Direct, Simple Attachment. Made for easy fitment, the StopTech Slotted Rotors attach readily, bolting on as direct replacement to the OE rotors. You do not need to bleed the brake lines before installing these parts.
