Can I just put h1 led light bulbs in to to both high beam and low beam?

Can the headlights be adjusted horizontally and vertically? The after market headlights I have right now can only be adjusted vertically which is kind of a problem.

If I use the Vividline LED Conversion Bulb Kit - H7 (99-04 w/ Raxiom Headlights) provided by American Muscle, with the Raxiom Black Projector Headlights - Dual LED Halo (99-04 All)... Will the 6000k color temperature bulb provided by the Vividline Kit produce that blue color I am looking for? Or would I have to find 8000k to 10,000k color temperature H7 LED's elsewhere?

      Don’t buy these

The halos look super mean and cool however driving at night is awful. I’ve tried adjusting to even see the car in front of me when it’s dark with no luck. I have to drive with my high beams on to see where I’m going!

Good headlights at a decent price

I recently purchased these headlight housings to replace ny stock housings. I did so for teo reasons: the stock housings were beginning to haze over and I wanted better nighttime illumination. I spoke with an AM rep over the phone, pepperes him with questions, specifically if these were LED headlamps and then ordered. In the conversation, I must have misunderstood the rep. I thought these were LED projector headlamps but rather they are standard bulbs in a projector lense with LEDs for the halos. None the less, I installed these in about 15 minutes total time from box to on the car and functioning. While the webpage says these are plug and play this is partly true. Yoyu still need to strip and splice the stock turn signal wires. Nothing terribly hard, but my passenger side wires were a bit short so it took some patience and cursing but I got it done. Once installed, you proceed to the process of aiming the headlamps. There are two leveling/aiming knobs. I have issue here because there are no instructions on what these knobs do. It took a bit of time to figure out which did what and aiming the headlights. Also, the instructions do not tell you how to aim you lights, meaning they need to be X high and Y distance. These are minor, simple details that are rather important. The light these housings emit is bright and crisp. They are not overbearingly bright but still much better than stock. Previously I had LED bulbs but had to remove them due to state law in Hawai'i....but these are brighter and more focused than the LED bulbs, so I am happy. I would have a LED kit for these lenses but maybe that is something Raxiom can do in the future as an option. The overall appearance of these housings is not done justice by photos. I have held off buying these for about 12 months because I did not like the look but once I saw them in person I liked them much more. I would recommend seeing them in person (if you can) before purchasing. It is what sold me. Lastly, the overall quality of the housings was an 9 out of 10. My only issue being the rubber seal on top of my driver's side housing either did not get or did not get enough adhesive, causing the gasket to come loose. I believe this to be a product of the universally built lenses not fitting 100 (which is hard to do even with modular built items). I applied my own adhesive, which has solved the problem for now. I would recommend these but also recommend that you see these first in person before making a decision.

      Not worth the price

When they were new they looked awesome! Installation was a breeze. Had them for 3 years now and on the passenger side one halo went out, the other one dimming. Visibility is not very good at all, would advise upgrading the bulbs. Also did not like the fact that when road was rough they "jiggle" quite a bit. Also after about a year the plastic got that foggy/old look. I will probably not be spending that much money for headlights again.

      Not worth the price.

The halos are not very bright, and the 3 leds to the side shining straight ahead obscure the effect of the halos when viewed from the front. Without the 3 leds there, the halos would be much more visible. The headlights themselves don’t actually adjust, the housing around them does, and since the projectors point way down from the factory, you have to adjust them all the way up, which pulls the housing away from the low beam projectors and the high beam reflector lenses, leaving a huge gap at the bottom between them and the housing, that looks really bad. Really bad design there. The headlight bulbs that come with it are about as bright as a handheld flashlight, definitely not something that you would want to be driving on the road at night with, so plan on doing something to upgrade those before you drive at night with these headlamps on your car. I installed an HID kit into the H7 bulb projector side. With the HID lights installed into these they are bright enough to drive at night with. Finally, the hood hits the top of the lenses hard when you shut it, i could see them cracking from this eventually. Many other people seem to have had this problem as well. About the only plus to these is that they look good installed on the car.

      Worth it

The headlights are fairly simple and straightforward to install, however it is a pain to adjust them once they are fully installed. My headlights were pointed far down.

I like these headlights. I didn't notice I purchased the chrome ones. But I am very happy with them and they do look amazing! Also I had to adjust the low beams a big and I still have to adjust 5henhigh beams some more. But over all I am happy with them!
