"R" Series. If you are looking for better 60ft times and better control on the track look no further than QA1's "R" Series Mustang Coil-Over Conversion Kit, this kit is perfect for drag racing applications.

Adjustable. Built specifically for drag racing with 18 valving options of rebound adjustment and a firm compression, these QA1 "R" Series Mustang Pro Coil System gives you the control you need on the track.

Superior Construction. Constructed in the USA from lightweight steel for durability, this QA1 Adjustable Front Coil Over Kit features (2) high performance "R" series Struts and (2) specially designed 150lb rate coil over Springs.

Bolt-on Design. QA-1 designed their Mustang Front Coil-Over Kit to be an easy, bolt-on conversion with abouslutley no cutting or welding required for installation.

Re-buildable and Re-valveable. These QA1 "R" series front struts are re-buildable and re-valveable by either the QA1 Factory or a QA1 authorized service center.

Application. This QA-1 R-Series Front Coil-Over Conversion Kit is designed for use on all 1994 to 2004 Ford Mustangs, including the V6, GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, and SVT Cobra models.

Bumpy but nice

Only flaw is a rough ride. You feel every crack. They look nice and fit perfect. No more wheel gap for me!

twin turbo build

Ordered theese coil overs for my build. They work good once you dial them in. I also have adjustable upper and lower control arms in the back., along with double adjustable qa1 shocks

What's the difference between the 150lb and 175lb spring weight? I see the coil over springs come in 150 lb and 175 lb spring weight, but there's no explanation for the different weights. I have a 2000 Mustang Gt convertible, which should I use?

  • 150 lbs is roughly what comes stock on most cars your bodystyle. 175 lbs would stiffen up the car suspension quite a bit. It would make it ride a little stiffer but handle better.It may also rise the body height some. if your car is used for pleasure & comfort go with the 150 lbs. Where it is a convertable with a v8, it is a little heavier, if you plan on racing it go with the 175 lbs.
