This is the strongest clutch made specifically for drag racing high powered vehicles that call for a “slipper” clutch with progressive torque-induced engagement. It may not be street-friendly, but it will surely out-perform all the competition in the race track.

    Highest Torque Power. The Stage 5 Clutch will hold 1,060 lb/ft. of torque at the flywheel without blinking an eye. Upgrade your GT500 with this exceptional clutch and savor the highest friction co-efficient possible.

    Rugged Construction. Spec’s Clutch features a rigid, full-metallic disc that engages instantly and strongly. It comes with a solid 12-rivet assembly that has been heat-treated for longer lifespan and strength. A high clamp pressure plate allows for maximum performance.

    SFI 1.1 Certified. For high performance or off-road applications, you need a clutch that is SFI-approved so you can safely compete. All Spec clutches are SFI-certified, so you will always get the best in value, performance, and safety.

    Application. The Spec Stage 5 is designed to fit on all 2011 to 2017 Ford Mustang GT models.

    Technical Note. 2011-2017 Mustang clutch kits have the 9 bolt pressure plate cover pattern for use in cars beginning May/2011 production, or in any car fitted with a 9 bolt pressure plate pattern flywheel.

            Great clutch even included the pilot bearing which was nice.. Grabs super well and definitely is a great slipper being I launch at about 5500-6k and slip it aggressively. Overall I’d definitely recommend it don’t let the brand worry you because I can confidently say this clutch has not disappointed at all.
