      Titanium Exhaust Studs. The SpeedFactory Racing Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit; Raw is engineered to secure exhaust manifolds with superior strength and reliability. Designed to replace factory bolts and studs that can be prone to stripping or breaking, this kit ensures optimal clamping force and leak-free sealing. This upgrade is critical in high-performance or modified engines where aftermarket intake manifolds or turbo headers are used.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-grade Ti 6Al-4V titanium alloy, these studs feature a 3mm hex key tip for ease of installation with an Allen wrench. The kit includes titanium 10mm 12-point nuts and washers, providing a lightweight and corrosion-resistant assembly. The studs are offered in a natural raw titanium look or a visually striking burnt titanium finish.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, using the included hex key design for ease of work. The studs directly replace factory hardware, making the upgrade hassle-free for professional or experienced enthusiasts.
