Modern Billet Satin Speaker Trim Rings

Pricey? Yes. But this is a heavy piece and the included 3M adhesive promoter is pricey in itself to purchase separately. Fit and finish is excellent and the piece really looks good especially with other billet items installed in your interior. Nothing "Gaudy" about these trim rings. Love them!

      Excellent addition

The satin speaker trim rings re an excellent addition to the interior of my 2007 Mustang GT. The installation was quick (10 minutes) and the fit was very good. In addition, the double sided tape, along with the small amount of extra adhesive provided by American Muscle, made for a solid, tight fit with no problems since installation. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their interior.

      Satin Speaker ring

The ring looks good and fits good the only problem was the 3m tape was not sticky enough to stay on the speaker ring, I had to take off the tape and use clear silicone and let dry over night

Something for the foot well lights to reflect.

I held off on these because I'm very selective about adding chrome to my interior. They came on sale and I couldn't resist and I'm glad I got them. They give a much cleaner appearance over the gear looking stock rings. What I really like about it, even though they are satin, is how they reflect the light from the foot wells. It also matches the satin door handles on the inside so the overall theme holds well. I didn't need to use any silicone as others suggested as they fit right in and seem very secure.

      Little silicone.....

Sweet piece... Looks great, fits great.. Would suggest using a small amount of silicone on the low areas of the ring just to totally seal the install..

      COVER

Spent 4 hours trying to get this Trim Ring to stick to my speakers. This product is very poorly represented, Now trying to get return and/or just junk them. Very dissatisfied.

      Satin Billet Speaker rims

When dry fitting I found the lower portion 3m had clearance and really don`t make contact with the speaker housing so I added dabs of silicone sealant. Other than that they look great.

Solid trim for you speakers !

I would use some use some flexible adhesive such as E6000 as the tape does not hold these on once you start closing you door. Once applied they look great.

      Nice look

Got the speaker trim rings and just like other items I've ordered from AM, they were packaged superbly. I was able to install them without any issues. Looks good and enhances the boring stock speakers to something much more pleasing to the eye.

      Great Accent for Your Door

I purchased these on sale for $70 for the pair. Although still a bit pricey, they are well worth the money. The covers are made from a substantial chunk of aluminum and the fit and finish is excellent. The smooth satin finish on them is really nice. The 3M tape worked fine for me. I had no issues with the installation.

      need glue to hold em..

good looking pieces, but the tape is a joke,, even after cleaning and using the alcohol pads to clean the mounting area, pressing firmly, and closing the door softly,, fell off in minutes,, joke. going to use gorilla glue to secure them for good.

Gives more contrast to my grey/black interior

Very easy to install. They provide the 3M two sided tape, alcohol pads, tape glue sponge. Just take your time and try and fit it on the speaker one time. Hold it where the tape is for about 30 seconds in all the areas they are at. I got satin finish because I thought the chrome looked a little cheesy for me. Just my opinion. I have chrome and satin mixed throughout my interior and kind of mix it up. These covers just add more pop to your door.

      Great styling and fit

These things really enhanced the look, highlighting the speaker against the dark door panel. I used the accelerator for the 3M tape and just dabbed a bit in the proper location(s) with a tooth pick. It was simple.
