      Description

      Efficient Radiant Heat Protection. The Thermo Tec Clamp On Exhaust Heat Shield is engineered to reduce radiant heat exposure from exhaust components, blocking more than 95% of heat energy to protect nearby parts and improve overall engine bay temperature control. This is an ideal solution for performance vehicles or builds with tight under-hood clearances.

      Construction and Appearance. Built with Thermo-Tec's exclusive multi-layered construction, this heat shield offers high durability and long-lasting performance under extreme conditions. It features a flexible, clamp-on design that wraps around exhaust pipes and secures in place with included 4-inch clamps, accommodating pipe diameters up to 4.5 inches. The design delivers reliable heat reduction while maintaining a clean, functional appearance.

      Installation. Installation is easy with no cutting or fabrication required. The shield clamps onto exhaust piping in minutes, and its universal fit allows it to be adapted to a variety of setups, including turbo downpipes, headers, and mid-pipes.
