Construction and Appearance. This exhaust wrap is engineered from high-temperature-resistant materials capable of withstanding continuous exposure up to 2000°F. It features an asbestos-free composition with a proprietary Thermal Conduction Technology coating that manages heat transfer across its surface, maintaining functional thermal balance while exhibiting a natural color and textured finish.
Installation. Installation involves securely wrapping the material around exhaust headers without the need for drilling or modifications. Proper application ensures neither over-insulation nor insufficient coverage, maximizing thermal management efficiency.
