The TruShields short fit front end rear floor liners that we're talking about here today would be an awesome choice for all 2015 and newer owners who are looking for affordable all-out protection for both the front and rear carpet in your S550. Now, the TruShield options will combine a durable rubberized polymer with a modern look all for right around 100 bucks for all four mats. Now, installation, well, come on, they're floor mats, right? So for your softest one out of three wrenches imaginable, and no more than a few minutes of your time to get in place from start to finish. So, again, this is going to be a great option for those daily-driven S550 owners out there who want to keep those front and rear carpets looking like new, but you don't want to drop the 200 to 300 bucks on a set of more expensive premium mats that you might come across here on the site or maybe somewhere else. And on that topic, you are getting matching rear mats which again is pretty unheard of, at this price point for right around 100 bucks, again, front and rear. But what do you see we dive a little bit deeper here, and what you can expect with this TrueShield option is a very durable black polymer which is kind of rubberized. It still has some flex to it which is going to help them kind of conform a little bit better to the floor pan as something that might be a little bit more rigid. Now, the material will certainly hold up to the abuses of being under your feet while that material is also going to be non-slip which is going to help you get in and out of the car a little bit easier without slipping or struggling in that regard. Now, these are super easy to clean as you might imagine in the event you get some mud, snow, sand, spillage, whatever the liner, simply yank them out, hose them off, and you're good to go. Now, these are very much a full coverage liner here guys, meaning you're getting protection not only for the floor itself, but also on the sides near the trans tunnel and up near the door jamb. The mat even kicks out underneath the pedals pretty far as well for the driver side and passenger side up underneath the dash. That's not all. It also gets good amount underneath the passenger and driver side seat as well because you have these cutouts for the seat rails, as you can see, this little portion is going to extend underneath the seat itself. Same can be said for your rear liners. As you can see, it extends pretty high up around the floor pan itself but also underneath the seats thanks to that little tongue portion. As you can see this as you're cut out for your seat rail, that's going to allow that rear liner to slide pretty far up underneath both the driver and passenger seats. The front mats are going to be held in place basically on the driver side, thanks to your factory anchor system. Passenger side just kind of sits in place because, again, how well these guys fit, it's really not going to allow it to slide around on you.Last but not least, using this have been very favorably reviewed here on the site, thanks to the four and five-star reviews, and there's actually a good amount of customer submitted images as well of the mats in place in different S550s. So, as always guys, I encourage you to read up on those reviews, check out the pictures as well, get a better sense of how these are actually going to fit in your ride at home. All right. Ss promised, yes, we are actually going to show you how to install a set of floor liners into your S550 at home. As you can imagine it's going to be pretty straightforward job, but nevertheless check out our detailed walkthrough right now.All right, guys. We've got a real tough one for you here today, of course we're showing you our format install with the TruShield liners. We're gonna start with the rears here first, always a great idea before installing your new liners, vacuum the rear carpet if they need it, in our case, we're pretty clean. So let's slap these in. Now, these are side specifics, so just make sure you have the correct one for your application. Passenger side is going to install in the exact same manner. I could try to get this little lip here underneath the plastic, helps hold it in place a little better. Now, for the front you're just going to remove our driver side mat here, releasing the anchor system. And again, great time to vacuum if you want to clean up that factory floor pan first. If not no biggie. TruShields in place again, it's going to reuse our factory anchor points right here. Last but not least, we're gonna remove our passenger side mat and lay the TruShield liner in its place. And there you have it guys, really doesn't get much easier than that, right? Well, we hope you enjoyed this brief review in install of the TruShield Floor Liners available for your 2015 and newer Mustang at home.
