      Performance Enhancement. The 2.49-Inch Roushcharged M90 Press-On Pulley and 90mm Idler Pak is designed to increase boost output for vehicles equipped with the Roush M90 supercharger system. This package optimizes belt tension and wrap, ensuring reliable power delivery and improved supercharger efficiency, making it ideal for enthusiasts seeking enhanced performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from one-piece steel, the pulley is powdercoated black for durability and corrosion resistance. The larger 90mm idler pulley improves belt routing and tension, promoting longevity and consistent performance under high stress.

      Installation. Installation requires familiarity with press-fit pulley removal and installation tools. No drilling is necessary, but the use of the recommended special tool is advised to avoid damage to the supercharger components.

      Application. Specifically designed for 2008 to 2010 Mustangs equipped with the Roush M90 supercharger and 4.6L 3V engine, this kit is not compatible with earlier Roush bolt-on keyed style pulleys or other vehicle configurations.
