Description
HIGH PERFORMANCE BRAKING. The Wilwood Forged Narrow Superlite 4R Rear Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Drilled and Slotted Rotors for OE Parking Brake; Black Calipers is designed to upgrade the rear brake system of vehicles retaining the original equipment parking brake mechanism. This brake kit delivers enhanced stopping power, improved heat dissipation, and the durability required for high-performance street and show vehicles, providing improved braking confidence and style.
QUALITY MATERIALS AND FINISH. The kit features forged aluminum Narrow Superlite 4R calipers with four stainless steel pistons and a black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics. The rotors are constructed from Spec-37 iron with a drilled and slotted surface, finished in black electro-coat to enhance durability and heat management. A machined aluminum rotor hat with black e-coat finish securely mounts the rotor and integrates the parking brake assembly.
EASY INSTALLATION. This kit bolts directly onto the OEM axle housing flange with radial mount calipers, requiring no drilling or modifications. Installation requires aftermarket 1/8 inch wheel spacers for use with original equipment wheels to ensure the correct clearance.
APPLICATION. This brake kit fits 1997-2013 Corvette C5 and C6 models, designed to maintain compatibility with OE parking brake, master cylinder output, and ABS functions. It is intended for vehicles with OEM rear axle flanges and zero offset.
