It boosts braking efficiency while fully retaining the original parking brake, master cylinder, and ABS functions.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features forged aluminum Narrow Superlite 4R calipers finished in red powder coat for durability and visual appeal. The 14-inch rotors are made from Spec-37 iron with a black electro coat finish, featuring a drilled and slotted pattern to improve heat dissipation and overall braking performance.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and designed to bolt on without drilling. For proper fitment with OE wheels, use 1/8 inch aftermarket wheel spacers to ensure adequate clearance and optimal brake function.
Application. This brake kit fits the 1997 through 2013 Corvette C5 and C6 chassis, offering a high-performance rear brake solution that maintains full compatibility with the vehicle’s original equipment parking brake system.
