Description
Performance Replacement Distributor. The Accel Performance Replacement Distributor GM Opti-Spark II offers a reliable ignition solution for GM V8 5.7L LT1 and LT4 engines. It provides precise timing and improved ignition performance for optimal engine operation, making it ideal for street and daily driving use.
Construction and Appearance. Built from durable materials, the distributor features either new castings or billet stock housings, with a centerless ground shaft and oil lite bushings for enhanced durability. The distributor cap is made from high dielectric strength thermoplastic with brass terminals, sealed to prevent corrosion and vented to dissipate heat. It also includes overmolded traces to prevent arc-over, and the rotor blade is specially coated to extend service life.
Installation. Designed for easy installation, this distributor is a direct plug-in replacement utilizing factory-type connectors. It requires no drilling or modifications, allowing for a straightforward, plug-and-play setup.
Warranty. This product is covered by a manufacturer's limited one-year warranty.
