      Description

      Recommended for Racing Use. With the ACT HD/Race Rigid 6 Pad Clutch Kit - 23 Spline, you will get aggressive engagement and quicker gear shifting from your fifth- or sixth-gen V6-powered or Boss 302 Ford Mustang model. This clutch kit includes a 23 spline input shaft, and the pressure plate uses ACT’s exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and boost clutch life, as well as precision cover stampings for utmost rigidity. In addition, the 6 pad rigid race disc works wonderfully with larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat. Get this product for your Mustang if you primarily use it for racing.

      Heavy-Duty, Rigid Construction. With the discs made from select ceramic materials, this clutch kit’s pressure plates are characterized by their heavy-duty construction to optimize rigidity. Plus, the diaphragm endured a four-stage heat-treating process to ensure peak resistance to high temperatures.

      Expert-Level Installation. This clutch kit includes all the components necessary to complete installation within 4 hours.

      Twelve-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty. ACT guarantees that this clutch kit will be free from any manufacturer defects related to materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months after the date of purchase. Some exclusions may apply; please see manufacturer’s warranty for details.
