Description

The Baer Extreme+ Front Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors and Monster Green Calipers delivers exceptional stopping power and enhanced durability for demanding driving conditions. Designed to replace the stock braking system, this kit improves brake feel and performance, ensuring reliable, consistent deceleration on the street or track.
Construction and Appearance. The calipers are CNC machined from US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging, providing superior strength and heat dissipation. They feature a powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and a vivid appearance. Stainless steel pistons and abutments further contribute to longevity. The 14-inch rotors are two-piece, zinc-plated, slotted, and drilled for heat management and debris clearance. They include billet aluminum hats for precise alignment and durability.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical experience and does not involve drilling into vehicle components. This kit mounts directly to original equipment spindles and hubs, ensuring a precise fit without modification.
Application. Designed specifically for the front axle of 2005–2014 Ford Mustang (S197) models. Non-ABS V6 models require an additional hose assembly (part number 6801163) for compatibility.
