Description
High-Performance Brake Upgrade. The Baer Extreme+ Front Big Brake Kit with 15-Inch Rotors and Comp Yellow Calipers is engineered to significantly enhance braking performance for demanding driving conditions. Designed for use on the front axle, it delivers superior stopping power, improved pedal feel, and optimized heat dissipation, making it ideal for enthusiasts aiming to maximize braking efficiency.
Construction and Appearance. This system features a 1-piece monoblock 6-piston caliper CNC machined from US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging, providing exceptional durability while minimizing weight. The calipers incorporate stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips to ensure long-lasting and quiet operation. The rotors have a 2-piece design with a billet aluminum hat, zinc plating, and slotted and drilled surfaces to improve heat management and braking response. A corrosion-resistant powder coat finish protects the entire assembly.
Installation. Installation is of moderate difficulty and requires no drilling, designed to bolt on using OE spindles and hubs. Note that non-ABS V6 models require a specific hose assembly for proper fitment.
Application. Fits 2005–2014 Mustang OE spindles and hubs for front axle use. Non-ABS V6 models must use the specified hose assembly to complete installation.
