Description
High-Performance Brake Kit. The Baer Pro+ Front 4-Lug Big Brake Kit with 13-Inch Rotors and Grabber Blue Calipers delivers superior stopping power for enhanced safety and performance. Designed for both track and street use, this brake system provides consistent, fade-resistant braking essential for spirited driving and demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from US-sourced forged or billet aluminum, this kit features CNC machining and a durable powder coat finish to ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance. The calipers include stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips, paired with two-piece zinc-plated rotors with billet aluminum hats for optimized strength and heat dissipation.
Installation. Moderate mechanical skill is required for installation; spindle modification is necessary, but no rotor drilling is needed. Complete hardware, stainless braided hoses, and mounting brackets are included to facilitate the upgrade process.
Application. Designed specifically for 1979-1993 Ford Mustangs equipped with original equipment V8 spindles, excluding Cobra models. This system requires the use of 1987-1993 V8 spindles for proper fitment and function.
