High-Performance Brake Upgrade. The Baer SS4+ Rear Big Brake Kit with 13-Inch Rotors and Monster Green Calipers delivers enhanced stopping power and improved heat dissipation for your Mustang. Designed to replace the factory rear brakes, this kit improves pedal feel and provides consistent braking performance under demanding conditions.

Construction and Appearance. The system features durable 2-piece rotors with zinc-plated, slotted, and drilled steel surfaces paired with billet aluminum hats for optimal heat management. The S4 calipers are CNC machined in the USA from forged or billet aluminum, finished with a tough powder coat, and equipped with hard anodized aluminum pistons along with stainless steel abutments and noise suppression clips to resist corrosion and ensure longevity.

Installation. This brake kit uses the OE Ford 8.8-inch solid axle mounting points, requiring no drilling or fabrication for a direct bolt-on upgrade. It fits most 17-inch or larger wheels; however, verifying wheel clearance prior to installation is recommended.

Warranty. The product includes a limited warranty for added confidence in its quality and performance.

Application. Fits 1994 to 2004 Ford Mustang models equipped with the OE 8.8 inch solid rear axle. It does not fit Mustangs with independent rear suspension or 1999 to 2004 Cobra models without axle modifications or swaps.
