Increased Stability. Under extreme lateral loading and hard braking, your Ford Mustang's stock K-member legs can deflect, leading to less stability and poor handling. This BMR 2-Point Chassis Brace connects your machine's rear legs together, reinforcing the K-member and reducing deflection. That will give you better steering stability and handling, especially with aggressive braking and lateral load applications like drag racing or street performance.

Constructed for Performance. BMR CNC-forms this chassis brace with 3/16-inch plate steel and 1- by 1.5-inch rectangular tubing, and features CNC-machined billet aluminum spacers to give you a heavy-duty, reliable rigidity, even under the toughest conditions. Each one is then powder coated to create a hard finish that resists corrosion. And here's the best part &-; BMR proudly makes their chassis brace right here in America.

Installation. Installation is a breeze. In fact, you'll be hitting the road with your new handling in less than an hour. This chassis uses all your stock boltholes and existing hardware; just bolt on and you're good to go!

Application. This BMR Chassis brace is designed to fit all Ford Mustangs from 2015 to 2019.

Fairly straightforward install and good quality

Instructions (online) stated to take front tires off, however I was easily able to access attachment points with front wheels on ramps. The stamping slag where holes are located required a few times bending it out of the way inside the structural steel to allow insert to align with hole. Tough to get 129 lb/ft while laying on your back and holding top nut with wrench, realistically anything over 90 lb/ft with the nylon lock nut and this puppy isnt going anywhere. Fit of brace was great. As far as feel while driving, this is hard to quantify with seat of the pants feel, but car feels great in hard cornering.

      Feel the difference

It's crazy that this one brace can make a can be that you can feel. It's not going to be all you need to do for bracing but it is a great start
